M. Murphy Salon was founded by sole proprietor and revered color expert, Rachel Lindy. Rachel is well known for her signature "Surfer Girl Blonde" look by specializing in the technique of balayage (hand-painted highlights).
Rachel has been trained by the best in the business while working in many of the high end salons throughout Beverly Hills. Her clients consist of many famous celebrities as well as reguraly being featured in the media: Allure Magazine, LA Splash Magazine , Star Magazine, Angeleno Magazine, LA Confidential Magazine, The Daily Candy, ABC's Extreme Makeover and TLC's Makeover Story.
